Configure SMS:

log in with your credentials /Zid/Salla/Shopify Accounts and then:

1) click on store.

2) on the left hand side click on store settings.

3) click on the SMS service vendor settings

4) choose your own vendor.

5) fill in the required fields

6) Don’t forget to save changes and you’re good to go.


Communication Channels


Upload your contact list:

log in with your credentials /Zid/Salla/Shopify Accounts and then:

1) click on store.

2) on the left hand side click on contact lists.

3) upload your first contact list.

4) click on download template CSV

5) fill the template ( target list with the same name i.e list 1, fill in the desired mobile numbers and then user IDs)

6) save and browse the file

7) click the upload button below.

Note: if you require more than one list fill the target list name column with different names.

Send SMS:

log in with your credentials /Zid/Salla/Shopify Accounts and then:

1) click on store.

2) on the left hand side click on new campaign.

3) choose SMS campaign

4) create.

5) Fill the campaign name, message and then choose type of URL i.e link, short link or micro page.

6) click on next below to go to the delivery page, you can either choose to send to a mobile number or contact list.

7) choose timing and click on submit.

Track SMS campaign performance:

log in with your credentials /Zid/Salla/Shopify Accounts and then:

1) click on store.

2) on the left hand side click on campaigns and then choose SMS campaigns

3) You can track performance by the success ratio percentage which indicates that the massage has been delivered successfully to all targeted customers.
