Shrinkit for Salla, Zid and Shopify stores¶
Overview¶
Shrinkit helps e-commerce stores recover revenue they are already losing, and keep selling to the customers they already have — from a single dashboard.
It connects to Shopify, Salla and Zid, reads your real orders, carts, products and customers, and automates the work you would otherwise do by hand.
What Shrinkit does¶
- COD Confirmation: Confirm cash-on-delivery orders automatically over WhatsApp — with tappable Confirm / Cancel / Call-me buttons or an AI assistant — instead of phoning every customer.

Setting Up Your Store with Shrinkit¶
After installing the Shrinkit app from the Shopify, Zid.sa or Salla.sa marketplace — or with the JS Web SDK — follow the setup wizard.
Step 1: Connect your customer channels¶
Pick how you want to reach your customers: WhatsApp, WhatsApp Cloud, or SMS. You can connect more than one, and add others later.
You can also continue without connecting and come back to it — but automations and COD confirmation need at least one channel before they can send anything.

Step 2: Choose your SMS package¶
Two options for sending SMS:
- Purchase an SMS package from us
- Use your own SMS vendor
Option 1 — Purchase a package: select the country you plan to target and the number of messages you intend to send. You will get a confirmation that our sales team will contact you shortly.
Option 2 — Use your own vendor: fill in your vendor's details to integrate their service with Shrinkit.
Step 3: Turn on your automations¶
Provision the prebuilt automators in one click — welcome on signup, abandoned cart, and order confirmation. Edit their wording and delays any time under Automators.
Step 4: Turn on COD confirmations¶
Choose how cash-on-delivery orders get confirmed: interactive WhatsApp buttons, an AI assistant, or a callback. You can change this later in the COD Confirmation Center.
Step 5: Create short links for your products¶
Generate trackable short links across your catalogue in one run, so every product is ready to promote.
Ready to use¶
Your store is set up. You can revisit any of these steps later — the setup wizard stays available from the top navigation bar.
