Campaigns¶
A campaign is a one-off send to a chosen audience — as opposed to an automator, which fires on its own whenever a trigger occurs.
Shrinkit has a dedicated builder per channel under Marketing & messaging → Campaigns:
- Web Push
- SMS
- WhatsApp Cloud
Building a campaign¶
Every builder follows the same two steps.
Step 1 — Create message¶
Name the campaign and write the content. Depending on channel you can attach an image, load a saved template, and insert personalisation tokens:
First Name · Last Name · Email · Company · Phone · Unsubscribe Link
Tokens are replaced with each contact's own details at send time.
Email campaigns additionally take a subject line, preheader text, from-name and reply-to address, and can be edited as HTML or plain text. The from-address itself comes from the email channel configuration, not the campaign.
Step 2 — Delivery¶
Choose the audience:

The builder tells you how many contacts this will reach before you commit.
Then either Send Now or Schedule for a future date and time.
SMS target lists¶
SMS campaigns can go to a list you upload rather than to your CRM contacts. Under SMS Target Lists, upload a CSV of numbers, then select that list as the campaign audience.
After sending¶
The campaigns list shows type, target, receivers, status, scheduled/sent time, success ratio and open rate, and can be exported.
For message-level detail, open the notification logs: channel, message, user ID, status, response code and sent-at timestamp for every individual send, filterable by date range. This is where to look when a campaign reports fewer deliveries than expected — the response code names the reason the channel gave.
Broadcast¶
Broadcast is the quick path for a single mass send without building a full campaign: compose, optionally attach an image, choose the audience, and send. It shares the same notification logs.
