Templates¶
Templates save message content you send repeatedly, so campaigns, automators and agents all reuse the same wording.
Message templates¶
Under Templates, create and manage message templates for WhatsApp and other channels. Each has a name, a category and a preview. Templates can be searched, copied and deleted, and loaded directly into a campaign with Load from Template.
WhatsApp Cloud sending at volume requires templates approved by WhatsApp — create them here and submit through your WhatsApp Cloud account.
Quick replies¶
Quick reply templates are for agents working the Inbox. Each has a header, a message body and an optional image. An agent picks one instead of retyping a common answer.
