Send a Web Push Notification

Create, send and track web push campaigns — the steps are the same on Shopify, Salla, Zid and custom stores.

Before you start

Web push needs the Shrinkit script on your storefront so visitors can subscribe:

  • Shopify: installed automatically with the Shrinkit app.
  • Other sites: add the JS Web SDK.

Send a notification

  1. Open Marketing & messaging → Campaigns and choose the Web Push builder.
  2. Create message:
    • Campaign name — for your own reference.
    • Message — the notification text, up to 160 characters.
    • URL — where the notification opens. A short link lets you track clicks.
  3. Delivery: choose the audience, then send now, schedule a time, or set a recurring send.

Track subscribers

Customers → Web Push Subscribers shows your total subscribers, growth over time, a geographic breakdown and the full subscriber list. See Marketing CRM & Segments.

Track campaign performance

The campaigns list shows each web push campaign's receivers, status and success ratio. Open the notification logs for per-send detail.

Install Shrinkit on your store

Shrinkit works with Salla, Zid and Shopify. Install the app on your store and your orders, carts, products and customers appear in the dashboard automatically — no coding, no data import.
